I was getting worried. All this talk about iPhone/iPad stuff with the Lion launch this month. Any rumor about Lion is good. Even the Lion lies.
You would be wrong. US websites tend to use US spelling. UK and Australian and others use the u. So it correct for US English.Or spell it correctly as 'MacRumours'.
I have this theory/rumor/BS/fantasy that Lion Day will involve a full Mac, iPod and iPhone refresh to really hit the media with a 'wow' factor.
I think SimonTheSoundMa may be English.
It's spelt Rumour in the UK.

AppleInsider reports that this Wednesday may finally be the day that OS X Lion and new MacBook Air models finally begin shipping as consumers have been anxiously awaiting the releases.
That would make sense as to why they didn't do the back-to-school deal with a free iPod or Touch if they were going to refresh before September.
BUT, I just don't think they'll do Lion, hardware and the iPhone "5" (which also brings up the cloud again) on the same day. They'd lose a lot in the news cycle. Wait another week for the iPhone / Touch and iCloud....

Are you now demonstrating American grammar?
On topic - Lion seems to be on for release by the end of the month which is now less than two weeks away. Until we actually see something come out from Apple with regards to a date, these rumours will continue to appear as previous rumours' dates pass.
Lion will be released tomorrow! Just bookmark this post and read it every day.
No...it's Rumor. The way America spells stuff is the way the entire world should spell stuff since we're the best!
Lol J/K...but you can spell it either way...it doesn't matter. There is no CORRECT way out of the 2.
Doesn't 8:30 am EDT seem like a strange time for an Apple release?
