how? I tried to snap the moon yesterday on several shots and couldn't get anything like this. I'm just puzzled by the phone not wanting to cooperate.

It’s hit & miss sometimes. The daylight moon was easier to capture, for the darkness I turned down the exposure in increments and zoom in slowly.
