I still can't believe that nobody sells them in the UK...

Btw are they better than Harman Kardon Soundsticks III?

I can't answer that as I don't have the Swan M10s but the Soundsticks III, which I think sound pretty good.

Regular setup consists of a 23" Apple ACD or 21" Dell monitor, a few external hard drives, a few routers and switches. Powermac G5 is at friends house being used for digitizing 5000+ vinyl, ebay and running a small business. Adding some tablets soon. Post pictures when I have them.

This is my mobile setup, I'm not the one behind the keyboard at the moment..:D

Here is mine. If your interested John Lewis Abacus desk and JL Morgan chair.

Managed to source a Abacus keyboard tray which you can see under the desk that houses my MBP so keeps all hidden away. Just slide it out to remove the MBP. Cables all hidden at the back.

Dell U2412M silver monitor with logitech Mac keyboard and Performance MX mouse. Love the logitech kit, prefer it to the Apple keyboard and magic mouse.

Cheers

Setup I recently procured off Craigslist. I haven't had a functional desktop since I sold my iMac G4 1.25GHz back in January.

Dual G5 with 22" ACD. Thing absolutely flies, even without flash blockers on!

I got a 13" rMBP last week, so I thought I'd take a photograph of the macs that currently live with me...

New 13rMBP in the Mac Pile... by DBP Harrison, on Flickr

The air and the 15" MBP will be going very shortly- the 13" rMBP is effectively replacing both of them with its combination of size & weight + ability to run at 1680x1050 for programming and "heavy lifting".

I've been using the 11" and the 15" to the same effect for the past 6 months, taking the air when I can get away with it and the 15" when I need the higher resolution screen. I was very skeptical, but a week in with the 13" rMPB I'm pleased that I've made the correct decision!

Current Setup WITH PICS HERE]

Maybe it's funny to show the Black MacBook I also have. I modified this some months ago to make it a mixture between black and white.

The new (white) components are new, so there is just no sign of wear and tear.

Black MacBook 2.0Ghz Late 2006 4GB RAM 128GB SSD running Lion.
Nice little back up / collectors machine. Love it.

My gf has a mid 2009 (last non-unibody MacBook) white with a black topcase and screenbezel and white keys. Thus, they other way around. She still uses that machine (with SSD and Nvidia 9400M, so plenty). Makes them a bit more unique!

Ad Hoc Work From Home Setup

Don't have a good desk at home for a laptop setup anymore so I'm improvising with the kitchen table today. Working pretty well all things considered.

I don't think it's a good idea to put a glass of water there :)

No, probably not. :p

If those glasses weren't so heavy on the bottom (and thus difficult to tip over by mistake) I wouldn't have thought about putting it there. Plus, it's just water, not milk or soda. The ThinkPad has drain channels and the MBA has a keyboard protector on it. I think it's pretty safe. ;)

I really, really love this pic. I presume it's for reading sheet music and you just swivel it out of the way when you don't need it? If so, great use for a great Mac! You couldn't use a G5 and later for that, the stand's no good.

Thanks! It's used for recording (Audacity) and for using MIDI create scores (Finale Allegro), though using it for sheet music is a good idea. I'll see if I can find any sheet music readers for it!
