You can open it in Photoshop, specify the resolution you want, and it will "draw" the picture.

Think of a Vector graphic as having DNA. No matter the size it contains the blueprint on how to draw the picture, where to put the lines, where to put the colours.

The downside is vector art contains much less colour depth than normal artwork. In cartoons however, Vector is very popular.

Thank you so much with your help in this. I can see how this would be popular in cartoons. It still looks just as sharp as before I increased the resolution. If you don't mind me asking, how did you make a vector out of it? I'd like to know for future reference. Also, I uploaded a retina size to my original post and gave you credit

I did a reverse image search and found a 3000x3000 pixel version. I scaled it down to 2048 x 2048 for you guys

New one, this is not my design, the original creator is Sherri’ Hinckley at http://www.ririwillow.com (check her out, her work is amazing)

I just repeated it and smoothed out the background for the Wallpaper.

I'm usually not into designs that are this busy for Wallpapers, but i just thought this was a really nice design i had to try it.

I think it looks really nice as a lock screen.

sorry mate, its not as simple as that, basic patterned images are able to be enlarged, but an image like this can't be enlarged without losing it's quality.

i tried searching for a larger version of the image but it only goes as far as 1080p
