Nice. iPad wallpapers are usually square though, so the size should be 2048x2048, due to the way iOS handles the wallpaper in both portrait and landscape orientations.

Can't take credit for the base images, but I have taken these from some images I had kickin around and extrapolated them to 2048x2048. Not perfect, you can see the lines if you really look for them, but adequate in my view.

I tend to like a simple feel to my backdrops.

I've been going through some of my pictures from recent vacations and cropping them to fit the new 2048x2048 retina display. They're nothing special, but a decent range of color and brightness. Guess we'll find out this Friday how they look on the new display!

weird I u/l'd at 2048 but it's displaying at 1679. If you really like it let me know and I'll try a different host.

Even more, Lukeyy pointed out that I've messed up the spacing on the words so in portrait there will be some clipping. I will have to edit and update later.

Not to be demanding, but if you are fixing it anyway.. can you add the Steve Jobs part in a smaller font like lukeyy did.

Btw, what editing program are you using?
