Black cases have not yet begun to ship. As long as anyone ordered it in black, they will begin shipping Thursday.

Gunmetal vs. Black...
Ha...thanks for the links. I actually did take a look at several pages of posts - just didn't go back far enough.
Such a tough choice...contrast with the gun metal or sleek/bad A with the black on black. Good thing they have a 30 day exchange policy...

I personally think the black frame has too much black. I really love the Gun Metal with the black linkage. That's enough of a touch of black to tie it into the iPhone. Can't wait to get mine. Hoping for a Friday delivery!

I debated for a long time (I don't care to admit just how long), but eventually went with the black. I think the black on black will look pretty slick. My plan is to pick up some side skins (probably from The Lucky Labs - 3 side skins for 10 bucks ain't bad...) for a little contrast. Also have the Spigen Glas.tR on the way. Needless to say, I'm pretty sure I'll be a happy camper in a few weeks once everything comes in.
I was pretty torn between the 3 different colors as well - hey I like silver, I like black and I like gun metal / grey!
But in the end the grey one seemed to be the best for me, especially since the ultra suede provided is a grey color and carbon fiber goes great with grey as well (goes good with any of the colors really)
Plus the spectra wraps I have will look good with it too....they grey is just a good "in between color IMO"
But hey, I think they all look awesome so any color you can't go wrong !!

I like the black a lot too, hmmm - if someone would buy my dang vapor pro I've got for sale I might just order a black one too!! Never hurts to have a spare case ). I can't see the FE looking good on the white iPhone really. Silver for the white and both FE and black works with the black iPhone .
Can you guys look it up, the thing with the flux Finnish . They did change that right so the SE have it aswell ?
how tight is the frame on a bare iphone 5? Could sand and dust potentially get in any crevices and scratch the phone?

DLC can mean alot of things.
No way shape form or fashion affiliated with Element. I only came across their products this summer. Learned everything about the S5 here on this thread. It's loaded with info.
If I were affiliated, I'd already have my case! lol
I've been waiting on their list since late mid-late September and am looking forward to a shipping notification tomorrow.
I hate that it takes 2 weeks from the time you order until the time it ships.
It's like going to a nice steak house and ordering a steak (signing up for the waitlist) only for it to not be cooked to your liking (actually placing your order) and have to wait for it again (shipping). lol

Hi Guys.....when i look thru these photos it seems like the color of the graphite grey is very light, almost like a silver color

From what I've heard, the camera flash is the culprit and the case does look like it appears on the website. However I am not able to veryify this because I do not have the case yet.
I hope this means my S5 will be shipping tomorrow. I got an email this evening from Element Case asking me to review/rate my recent purchase.
