Whether I use Skype or Skype Out(Fring), mine works on Wifi and 3G. Sound
quality is pretty good on both ends. It didn't work for me yesterday and a reboot cleared the problem.

It's funny that you say that because it didn't work for me yesterday either (gave me a message that I need to be connected to wifi even though I already was connected). A reboot fixed the problem and I was able to call out over 3G and wifi again. Weird.
