Since the firing of Omarosa in the first season, I have not been as pleased to see a sole candidate given his walking papers as abrasive attorney Brent Buckman was in last week's episode.
Despite an obvious strategy implemented by the PM to marginalize him, the losing team that Brent was part of did not have an actual plan to target him in the boardroom since he was not given anything meaningful to do.
Instead, he opted not to remain off the radar screen and watch as the other sharks went at each other, instead unleashing a sophomoric, insult-filled tirade against the project manager and selected members of his team. There is no possible way that such behavior could ever make someone a serious contender to be an apprentice for Trump or any prospective employer.
There is an incidental side benefit to Brent's firing ... Manhattan bagel makers no longer have to work overtime in order to keep up with his ravenous appetite.
