Help! server password problems

Have just logged on to start work and am trying to log onto my work server. For some reason it will not accept my password for me to connect. There is no button anywhere to reset this.


It is the section where it asks to enter name and password for the server 192......

I am not very computer savvy so any help would be much appreciated so I can get on with my work
 
Try adding the domain name before your userid.
That is if your company has set up domain XYZ and your userid is ABC,then type
XYX\ABC in the userid field and then your password.

Thanks it is the password for my computer that I am having problems with. It accepts my log in details for my company server.

So i get asked for my user name and password for the company server and that is ok. It then asks me for the user
I am on a MacBook Pro.
Any ideas?
