Mission Control less responsive.

I came across an issue which i did not have in ML before. Mission Control seems slower at openin/closing, for example if i swipe up/down fast with three fingers it sometimes won't exit Mission Control or there's a delay. Anyone else noticed this? Bug after bug, tired of Mavericks...
 
It's pretty fluid for me on a 2010 macbook pro. First time after a boot is always a bit choppy but that's sort of to be expected.

I have a mid-2010 13" Macbook Pro and Mission control has never been smooth (60 fps animation) for me when I have a lot of windows open (around 4 per space). Same problem with changing spaces.
 
I have a late 2010 Macbook Air 13" and the same things happen to me as well. Mission control is choppy, but not always. When I have only 1-2 windows open, it is smooth as butter. However, if I open a lot of windows it is sluggish.
