Good place to get microsim cutter (not ebay)?

I want to get a microsim cutter to use for prepaid sims in europe when iPhone 4 is unlocked later this summer.

And no, I don't want to do the exacto knife/scissor method. I want one of those hole-puncher-esque devices to take a normal sim and pop out a microsim on the go.

eBay isn't an option because i'm currently disputing a scammer's chargeback on my account.
 
knifes : Requirement of all

I am new on this. Here i have read your post and i like to tell you that i am also looking for some good knifes and feeling like you, because i like to know about knifes.. If you or anyone know about that then please help me..
 
Cutmysim is backordered and of the three of those other websites, two are in Asia and the third (from NY - RainStudio) looks sketchy. Thanks but keep them coming.
