the day it ships, or the day it ARRIVES at your door, because I keep getting conflicting answers on both.

The Apple website says you have 30 days from the day you receive it, but that's kind of unclear about what they count as receiving it.

Can somebody please confirm which one it is?

I'd so appreciate it. Thank you.
