Mute. You should consider ditching whatever you have installed giving you that and moving to Open Notifier. Free, retina icons, extensible.
Although, considering you are using a theme that has pixely buttons and it doesn't seem to bother you, I doubt the blurry mute icon will bother you either.

Do you have a screenshot of that? I was going to use it until I saw I had to set EVERY SINGLE PROGRAM for an icon.
Thats Backgrounder. You can turn that off in its settings.
N = Native backgrounding (uses the iPhones background running feature)
yeah, that was kind of annoying at first. then i never had to do it again. but the good thing about that is that you can download icons and use them for whatever program you want.
every app on your phone is supported by every icon. it's just a pain to set it all up at install.
