Looking for a great text to speach app

hi all i do a lot of driving and i was looking for an app that will read text messages out load. i used to use drivesaftly on my bb but i havent found any good ones yet. i am looking for the best app if it can do the speech to text and text to speach it would be great please let me know thank you.

nobody likes to have there text messages read? wow i guess i am going to have to make an app.

Dragon Dictation? I don't know, I never used it since I don't text and drive

I recently heard about SpeakIt app to aid my non-verbal son with autism to communicate using his natural fast typing skill. However, he would always delete the saved files. Is there a way for me to lock the saved files so he won't be able to delete them?
