Well I tried.

Not that I could do it, but I wonder if it would be something easier created completely in photoshop. I would think the lines from the visor would not be too difficult to recreate. It would purely be a matter of what image do you want the Master Chief to be looking at through his visor? This would probably give you a higher quality image as well if someone could recreate it instead of using a screen capture.

I agree though, if someone could pull it off it would be a pretty bad ass background.

Just curious where you found this one? I made that wallpaper and posted it way back near the beginning of this thread along with a bunch of other Ferrari stuff. I'm surprised you found it somewhere else.

Oh maybe it's where I found it haha :D sorry, thought I got it from google.

Four posts above this one, I linked to your post from last nite with the original sized image (Post #3204.) In your most current post you've just posted a portion from this morning's edit. :)

The original image is very wide but has more details.

I don't know anything about photoshop or picture editing but I don't think anyone will be able to include the entire visor in the wallpaper. Granted I am intereted in seeing what people can do.

Just the word "iPhone" on a grey background?

Been through most of the pages in this thread although its probably on the 1 page I didnt look at!

Looking for the word "iPhone" on a grey background that I see a lot of people use for their lock screen background?

I believe its might be a developer build image or something? See it alot on youtube videos of people doing case reviews and thought it would be simple to find but cant seem to get it anywhere.

Thanks

I think the OP (in absentia) would be happy if the image was cropped in a couple of different panels, as in the one time it's already been done. Maybe a couple of other areas as well? Thanks for anyone willing to help out, since it seems that we're laboring to satisfy a request that hasn't received any feedback from the person who stated in another thread that he'd been looking for something like this for a very long time. :)

Time to put a bug in his ear in that other thread. I'll do it. :)

UPDATE: I posted in his thread that things were happening here, so now the ball's in his court.

Is this it? Someone made it in the early stages of this thread and I saved it.

I know I've posted this a few times already, but for those who missed this, I created an Automator app for the Mac, that will do simple resizing for the iPhone five. All you need to do is drag the photo you want resized onto the app icon, and copies will be made on the desktop to the new size.

I used it for the two images I just converted in the post above.

Here it is...

Badass that basically takes away the need for this thread.

Well, it's for simple sizing. You have no control over placement, but for the simple things, it works great. If boxes and things need to line up, this isn't for that, but a majority of the requests here with a basic photo, it will work.
