I have a mid-2010 27" iMac that I upgraded memory (20gig) and completely removed the HDD and replaced with an SDD. I'm exceptionally happy with the upgrade; seems like a brand new computer.

I took the 1 TB HDD and put it in an external USB enclosure and attached it to my Airport Extreme basestation. The whole process was seamless and TimeMachine works flawlessly.

I have one minor issue I just can't seem to figure out. The name of the HDD when viewed in the Finder (as I connect to it) or via the Airport Utility is simply "Macintosh HD" and I can't seem to figure out how to change it. Changing the name doesn't seem to be an option when right-clicking on the drive or when administering via Airport Utility. There must be a way to edit the name; anyone know?
