Pndrgnsvc macrumors 6502 Original poster Sep 19, 2013 #1 On both my iMac/10.8.5 and iPhone 5/7.0, I have AirDrop enabled. Yet, neither device recognizes the other via AirDrop. Is this because they are different OSs or is this a consequence of Operator Error?

It would be useful but also confusing for users due to the limitations of what you can do with files in iOS. I'd like to see the ability added, regardless.
