Can someone help me to unlock iphone AT&T off contract. I will pay for this service.
I have iPhone 4 out of contract i need someone who can unlock it through his AT&T account.

If it's already out of contract, then AT&T should be able to unlock it for you for free. You can either call them or use this request form on their website:

Yea i know friend but i am not American citizen...and i do not have AT&T account unfortunately(((
For this reason i need someone who have AT&T account)))
