The Ipad Air 2 is obviously next years model, when they come out with gold (looking) smart covers for $100! (All the other colors will become $100 too)

Assuming we're talking the iPad Air with $70 smart case, yes I'll get it, but I still have to decide whether I want the Air or mini first.

It's the same matching leather to the iPhone 5/5s case (not polyurethane like the original smart case). I have the 5/5s case and I love it. It's a very impressive case so I'll get the iPad smart case for sure.

Is it worth the money? Thinking of picking it up for my iPhone 5 and retina mini when I get it.

I think it is. It just feels great, it's minimal, cut outs for all the ports are perfect, and I find the colors to be pleasing shades. Though one thing is it can get dirty easily, and the volume and sleep buttons are a bit tough to press because they're fully covered up. But other than those things, I think it feels higher priced than other cases.

Yea, I was really happy to see Apple update the iPad covers and cases to use exactly those same color shades and leather material as the 5/5s case. Will definitely be getting one for my new iPad to match my iPhone
