Fuse Locations MBP 15 mid 2009

I've uploaded 2 pictures with 2 items circled in blue that I believe to be the power fuses.
Can someone confirm this or otherwise help me locate the fuses.

I can upload a better picture if need be.
One picture is up by the DC IN board connector, and the other is near the battery connector.

I would really like to test my fuses.

So, no help yet...

I'm troubleshooting a no magsafe light situation.
820-2533-B logic board

I'm looking for U7000 fuse 6A fuse,
and in the pic with the DC IN Board,
I measured 16.5vdc on both sides of
the circled white thing. So I think this
is a fuse.

Next, looking for D6905 7A fuse I found
the second item in the other picture, and
with power there was no volts on either side,
but without power it showed continuity.

I'm basically lost until I can identify something
on the board. There are no magsafe lights,
won't boot with charger or battery. No luck
with the SMC bypass procedure either.

I have noticed the Board View program,
but I haven't found a 820-2533-B file.

I am looking for a board view file for the 820-2523-B Logic board.

The fuses you circled, I do know that the fuse up by the mage-safe is part of the power circuitry. The other fuse might now get power because of a open circuit before that point or the fuse may be activated when the system is running or something. It is hard to say without the board view and the schematic for the board. I do know that if there is continuity across the fuse then that isn't your failed componant like I mentioned above something before that point is bad.


If anyone has a board view file or knows where to get one for the 820-2523-B logic board please help me out with getting it. I don't mind paying for it if I have to. Thanks in advance.

With what program did you open the brd file?
This seems to be a binary file and I can't open it with eagle 7.x (need xml).
So I tried eagle 5.11 but no luck (invalid file)

Hoop you can help me.
