Whats this I hear about Apple not shipping to your CCs address?

So if I want to ship it to my work address it wont work?

Can someone confirm?
 
Did they change this?

I pre ordered my iPhone 5 and was able to change the shipping address after the order was placed...

Not sure if this was the case with the 5s/5c
 
I've never had a problem with ordering from Apple in which my billing address is different than my shipping address. Since I travel a lot of for work I have a UPS Store/Mailbox Etc which is the billing address for my credit card. When I know I'm going to be in town I have Apple products shipped to my home address.

My UPS Mailbox address and home address are in the same zipcode so I don't know if that has anything to do with it.
