I received the email of death (bought the 42mm Stainless Steel with Black Sport Band) and there has been no movement on my shipping status. Looks like no Apple Watch for me today :(

Edit: I also purchased my Apple Watch at 5:02pm Sydney time (so order was completed 2 minutes after the Apple Store went live for the sale - but still could not get an Apple Watch on launch day. I am very frustrated and disappointed).
 
My TNT status has just changed to "with courier for delivery". I'm a fair way from the depot. Not sure when I'll get it.

42mm Space Grey Sports. Ordered on the App as soon as It opened.

It's now pretty obvious the "We're working on your order email" really means you're not getting a watch on launch day. As you say frustrating as I have two orders 5:02 and 5:03 - both still processing.
 
Well the 38mm Sports White Band for the wife has landed in Melbourne but still no movement overnight on the 42 SS BSB. Guess I'll just have to make do with playing with the sports one. Was hoping for a minor miracle. Oh well.
 
Just got off the phone to TNT as tracking hasn't budged overnight from Sydney pickup (I'm on the Gold Coast). The rep said consignments can be updated anywhere between 10-11am and it's possible you could be delivered to prior to the system updating online.

If you are concerned you can give the depot a call, quote your consignment and they'll give you a support reference number. From 9:15 the support team will know what's onboard for delivery today and will call you direct with an update.
 
I'm in Seattle but it's Friday morning your time - let us know the first folks who get their delivery!

Waiting on mine now! Should be here in the next hour or so! 38mm Sport Silver with White Band. And to think, I'm getting it today after being given a June shipping date! :D

Can anyone who has a watch in hand confirm whether it still has the diagnostic port?
 
Once you have it set up can you see if you can make/receive calls on your watch on your home wifi network even when your phone is out of Bluetooth range

Could you guys with the watch actually take some GOOD PHOTOS???!? Jesus... I'm begging you... Please take 5-6 good photos so we can all see!
