So I realized that Arn's real name is Arnold Kim, I think that's kick ass (I'm Asian)! Finding out about that somehow made my day.

Am I the only one who read the subject as a possessive, in that Arn owned or possessed an Asian (girlfriend perhaps) and this was a discussion of her merits?
It's kinda interesting. For some reason I always thought Arn was Indian, although I don't know why. I also thought he would be in his mid-40s...again totally baseless.
Arn is always under-the-radar, even on his own site, so it's interesting to get a glimpse into who he is. Does it matter, though? not really. Honestly, Mac Rumors don't matter either -- unless you're about to buy apple products or apple stock. Most of what we do here is for fun/communication/alleviating boredom.
I watched the CNBC clip about iPhone. Arn obviously thought ahead and came prepared with notes and anecdotes; he was prepared to answer some tricky questions. The dude from loop rumors was made to look rather foolish (by an admittedly obnoxious interviewer), but I think he got flustered and didn't have his answers practiced enough to quickly rattle them off.
I thought all Apple evangelising tech geeks were asian.

I just don't get why race should be important... It strikes me just as relevant as shoe size or hair color.
