Still Freezes Wobble

I created a short 10-minute video in Final Cut Express, exported it to IDVD and burned it to disk. When I play it on my DVD player, the still freezes wobble. I also uploaded it to Youtube, and the still freezes do not wobble. Anybody got a clue?

When you say "wobble," is it like a very fast jittering? It could be that your stills need deinterlacing.

In Final Cut Express, try applying the Deinterlace filter. I think it's in the "Video" folder, but I"m not sure.
