Hi,
Look at the screenshot. See how the same album has somehow divided itself into 5 albums of the same name? How did this happen? I didn't notice it until I installed iTunes 8, but it could have always been like that because it only shows in the new Grid view.

I tried mass editing the Artist and Album to the same thing, but still won't work.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Also, if it helps: Front Row usually shows the album artwork just sitting still, but with this album (tATu - The Best), it shows the scrolling by like it does with photos.

All fields, save for title, must be equal. I was having this problem before with TV shows (since the season is in two years), but there you have the option of specifying season so they get grouped correctly.

TEG

sometimes that happens to me too, it's weird.

do this:

highlight all the tracks in the album
right click > get info
make sure both the artist and album artist are the same for all the tracks
if that doesnt work
get info for all the tracks again
go to the album artist and put a space at the end of it and hit ok
that should reunite all the tracks into one album
then get info again and delete that space and they should stay together
