iPod "My Alerts" button is missing

Okay, I saw it a couple of times last week, but it has disappeared again! No matter what I do it doesn't show up. I tried logging in/logging off, refreshing the home page, buying an item AND going back to home page to see if the button show up. Nothing happens.
Once it did show up for me when I updated my "Genius" under "Store" menu. But after using the "My Alerts" option it disappeared AGAIN after I went back to homepage.
Any help besides meaningless screencaps? Like I didn't know where to look for it.
As you can see from my screencap, I am logged in yet all I get is a blank space under my e-mail (ignore the xxxxxxxx part).

Thats a little harsh. The whole iTunes Store layout changed just last month, and I figured you didnt know where to look with the new layout, so I showed you. So that turned out not to be the problem. Well Im sorry the screencap didnt solve your problem, but I was trying to help.
I dont know how to solve your problem, but Im not sure Id offer my help now even if I did. Maybe Id be more inclined to if you had less of an attitude like youre entitled to our help and we shouldnt waste your time with solutions that dont work for you.
Well the way you posted that screencap with all those arrows didn't seem serious to me. Even though the layout has changed, the button is basically still in the same position. So it seemed like you thought I was stupid enough not to look in the same area where it was in the older version.

It was a big screencap, the arrows were to help point it out. I could have described the location, but pictures are easier to understand. Nobody said anything about you being stupid, that wasnt there at all until you interpreted it that way.
Well that's what it seemed like, since it was obvious that I probably did look in the general area that it was always located at and couldn't find it. So pointing out the same area obviously would not be much of a help to me.
Well then give yourself a gold star. A lot of people on here ask questions with very easy answers, simply because they don't know or they overlooked it. I don't hold that against them, I just do my best to help. Forgive me for not being able to tell how informed you are from your username alone. I won't question your knowledge any more.

Same problem here, the block of buttons in the same area, including iTunes plus upgrade has also gone
