This really isn't mac related but here goes...
I'm trying to solve a problem I'm having in MS Word (I'll post the details of that elsewhere) and have joined a MS Word listserv to see if anyone out there has any suggestions. I've received a response from the listserv that I "am now subscribed to the Word list." I created an account but when I go there it says I don't have permission to post or to view the archives.
If I can't post or view the archives, what the heck is subscribing? How to I get the listserv to let me post and view archives? Does the answer vary with every listserv or is there something fundamental that I'm missing here?
