Vienna

Free, open-source. It took some getting used to after NetNewsWire... but now I would prefer Vienna over NNW anyday.

That topic scared me . . . I love NetNewsWire Lite, although I'm tempted to give Vienna a shot

I love trying to spread my open-source ways!

My only gripe with Vienna thus far is the lack of a toolbar menu. I'm used to using my mouse to sort through articles in NetNewsWire and this doesn't seem very practical in Vienna

You can re-sort the news column via the an option in the View menu.

For me, I've never needed to switch sorting methods, so this was not inconvenient at all. Also, check out the 2.1 beta, it's a big update, there might be something to suit your needs there.
