    Do not send your product into Apple. They may destroy it without telling you.

    I sent in a defective Apple TV in the return box they sent me. Apple then destroyed my product with NO asking or notification! They said they had lost it. Then I find out they destroyed my purchase! They did not reimburse me for their destruction of my property!!
