    help mac finder bouncing

    New to the mac world and now iam going nuts. We lost power the other day and when i start up my mac the finder icon at the bottom jumps and flashes up a box and ask to reopen or dont reopen and its bounching and wont let me do a thing. What can i do to fix this issue so i can get back to work...
