folders moved but not by me

Folders have been moved inside other folders and contents missing I didn't move them.
Many of my folders have issues when i click on them i find they have been moved to folders inside other folders the second last is lightroom catalogue and the original folder contents when clicked now show a .lrprev file that cant be opened. The folders originally contained camera footage and...
