    iPad Pro 11 frozen with rainbow effect

    Hello all, I got this iPad less than two weeks ago - and it froze after I tried multitasking GoodNotes and Safari (something I’ve done many times). I’m going to let the battery run out & see what happens but is this going to be a hardware issue? Thanks!
