    Ghost notification in OSX Yosemite and Sierra!

    I believe I have had this issue since Yosemite and has followed me to Sierra. The issue is with ghost notifications that I cannot get rid of, 4 in fact as you can see in the screen shot attached. An iCloud almost full message, thats has been resolved, an added email acconut and and family...
