    HomeKit dim lights if on?

    Hello, Anyone have a suggestion on how to dim lights at a specified time IF they are on? (But not turn them on if they are off?) I have hue lights, so this could be through the Home app, Hue app, IFTTT, Workflow, or... Thanks so much in advance for any ideas!
