itunes account info

    cannot access account in itunes

    Hey, so since el capitan, if i go into iTunes, and click on the drop down menu to access my account info. nothing happens, I'm signed in. i have googled and contacted apple, and neither were helpful. i just want to be able to access my account info. thanks
