    Carrier iPad Pro on Verizon

    I'm perplexed by the carrier lock situation. I'm looking at an iPad Pro with LTE that's on the Verizon network. Does that mean it's locked to Verizon? Or can I just switch to another carrier? And how hard is it to convince Verizon to do a carrier unlock?
