    Creating a disk with USB on PC for Mac?

    Hi I have a macbook air that has a dead SSD. I don't have the tools right now to remove the SSD and test another one. I have the menu up to reinstall my OS again but had no drive to put it on, is there a way I can make a disc on my PC out of a USB or external HDD to install the OS on? thanks-
