    MP 1,1-5,1 Fix for 93% CPU, eventual hard crash on Mac Pro 1,1 Running Linux (Debian 13 / Ubuntu)

    I worked with Claude AI to run down and fix the issue causing my 2006 macpro1,1 to periodically hard crash with Debian 13, getting back nearly an entire core, which was spinning madly servicing an unused Apple interrupt. Write-up is attached.

    MP 1,1-5,1 Shows as boot device but not in Finder -- Mac Pro 1,1

    MacPro 1,1 running ElCap 32/64 bit EFI hack. Boot camp start options (alt key on start) shows Windows 7 32-bit on internall 500gb SSD as boot device and I can boot to it properly. This disk also shows in ElCap Disk Utility but DU does not identify it as a Windows disk but does show color bar...
