    Can a server version successfully install/restore apps etc. from a "client" OS via Time Machine or Migration Assistant (Snow Leopard to SL Server)?

    Curious about avoiding reinstalling the old applications from CDs (and one from multiple floppies I think) and re-tuning software and Finder preferences, when installing Snow Leopard Server. Perhaps there is a chance? - Detail: Recently installed Parallels on an older machine (10.11). The...
