    Cannot connect to Samba Shares OSX 10.5

    I'm having issues getting my G4 PowerMac to connect to Samba shares on my Ubuntu Server (16.04). My Mac Pro (OSX 10.11) has no issues connecting, I've googled it a bit but haven't managed to find much apart from some posts saying that Samba was not all that reliable in 10.4 and 10.5.
