    VoiceOver But Not VoiceOver?

    Hi, For the life of me I cannot stop my iMac from talking. I hover the cursor over anything or just open a web page and Alex starts speaking. I've checked the VoiceOver setting and its disabled. I've looked all through Accessibility and I can't turn it off. Any ideas, anyone? Thanks :-)
