    USB 3 to Firewire 800- which exact adapters to buy?

    Can someone help me identify which items I would need to buy to connect a new MBP with USB C with my old Firewire 800 drives? I found a thread that states: TB3-->TB2 + TB2-->FW800 adapter I would likely buy them from Amazon or another online vendor, but not sure if there is a male/female...
