I've gone to Settings > Keyboard > Keyboard Shortcuts, but there is no plus sign to add it like there was in previous macOS versions. What am I missing?

C chabig macrumors G4 Sep 6, 2002 11,848 9,932 4 minutes ago #2 "Save As..." is available in all apps with a File>Duplication command. If you hold down the option key, "Duplicate" turn into "Save As..." macOS has never let users edit or add menus items.
