After just a few clicks around and a quick look through the charts on the US and UK iTunes store, it seems the cheaper variant of pricing is gone? I can't find one song with the lower pricing anywhere.

I know on the UK there used to be a section of 'The Best £0.59 Songs', which now no longer seems to exist.

Am I the only one thinking Apple only added the cheaper price just temporarily to stop an up-roar? I think it's atrocious they think they can do this. I would of rather every song be left at just £0.79.

Thanks

There is still $.69 songs in the US. Obviously, stuff in the charts is going to be newer so it won't be on the lowest price point.

What's also strange though is that one of the songs that was £0.59 in the UK when the variable pricing first started was 'Shake It' by 'Metro Station', this was quite high in the chart at the time and nearly three months later it's £0.79?
