02 billing???

so i got my bill in today everythings fine but it states its from 10th December to 9th January. but then I go into what I've used in the new month and it started on the 9th December?

you where billed for the 9th seperatly you would have been give 20 mins and 1 texts depending on your package

i had this issue when i registered too..

it takes them 24hours to get the billing system up and running, so the following month you will be reimbursed for the 24hours you used the phone as you will have incurred full charges for anything used.

I'm not talking about the 9th November, I know about that. What I'm saying is my bill went from 10 Nov to 9 Dec then 10 Dec to 9 Jan but on the recent charges this new month seems to have started on the 9 Dec
