02 - How to check what minutes/txts you've used online

(Sorry i've made about 5/6 threads tonight, this is my last one )

Yesterday, i remember seeing a page when i logged into 02 online which told me what minutes and txts i had left and how much extra i had used on my bill, and now the 02 bills have reset today, i can't find that page. All i can find is a page that tells me what tarriff i'm on and how much it is.

Anyone noticed this?.

You need to go to "recent charges" and then somewhere on that page there should be a "view recent usage" or something like that.


I'll warn you though, it doesnt update very often.

I also found this hard to find, O2's website is shockingly bad!

Anyway, here is how to get to it: Login > View My Bill > Recent Charges > Inclusive allowance details

Incidentally, my page is giving strange results:

Mins available: 6:40
Texts available: 7

…I have only sent 2 texts and made no calls yet

I'll warn you though, it doesnt update very often.

You're telling me!
It still says im on my old contract with my old phone.
(I'm not gonna complain though, my old contract was 18.99 per month!)

click view my bill > recent charges > recent charges (yeah, again this time from the side menu) > inclusive allowance details (at the bottom of the page).

But yeah, it is REALLY slow to update
