Like many my order is showing in progress, but i have received no emails.

O2 are expecting fresh stock in today as we all know, and i have been allocated one of those phones for delivery tomorrow. When they have the phone, then i will get delivery number etc - but until then its wait out.
 
Mine was 'in progress' at 10am and is now showing 'Complete' with a tracking number for next day delivery at 10.30.

There is still plenty of time for 'in progress' orders to be despatched. Many carriers have trailers leaving warehouses at 10pm or so and still manage next day deliveries from them.
 
okay well it looks like Sue was lying then....


good news for me then, maybe i wont have to cancel and go queue up tomorrow...taken a day off either way..

What a load of bollocks about first come first serve

Well I am a new customer and ordered at pretty much the same time as you!! Via the normal method!! No fail over form..... first come first served?!? Really?
 
OMFG! I tried about 20 times to order on Monday, got the failover page etc. Checked My Orders about twice a day just in case and nothing. Now I get a text from o2 saying it was successful and will be delivered before 18th July. Typical as I now decided I wanted white....

Talk about not knowing their derriere from their elbows!
