iPod touch 09/09/09, we now know if not already

I just read this article which pretty much confirms that the new ipod line comes out tomorrow (read into the second paragraph which starts out "In Florida"). And it was supposed to be released today.

Can't wait to see the new line. i'll be on at 12:00 tonight to hopefully see a site update
 
We know there are new iPods coming, we have known that since last year.

But we also know that the site won't update until after the keynote. You are welcome to check it though.

I hate to rain on your FAIL parade but…

the reason the event is on Wednesday and not Tuesday (as they usually do) is that Monday was a holiday.

Based on the invitations, it's a pretty fair guess that it will be an iPod event.

The web site will not be updated at midnight. THey will take the site down and bring it back up a few minute after the event is over.

Other than that, I think you were spot on. :D
 
hey does anybody realize that tomorrow is 9/9/09!!!!!!!!????? i mean the next 9/9/9 will be sept 9th, 2109.:p

by that time, all ipods will be virtual installed in your head. and your voice will command which song you want and yeah etc.....:D

Even more mysterious, there will be a 9/9/99 in the year 2099.
