Somehow I must have deleted my System Preferences app on the iPhone, how can I get it back on? I know there has to be a way! Can't somebody like upload the app and I install it? Thank you for your help in advance.

If you have an account on the torrent networks, there are uploads around with all of the standard apps from each version.
This however is a little on the illegal side as the apps are not freely destrobuted by Apple, but are instead contained in a password protected, encrypted image that can only be deployed onto the iPhone or iPod Touch.
Gotta love copyright law.
