1.1.1 upgrade to 1.1.2?

Hi, I bought an unlocked 1.0.2 iphone, upgraded to 1.1.1 and wondered if ..a) is it safe to do a restore? b) should and could I upgrade to 1.1.2?.. and c) is the upgrade worth it anyway? Replies appreciated.
